Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and NeuroSpire Labs, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of NORM Rhythm. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

NORM Rhythm provides assessments, educational content, and coaching tools designed to help you understand your relationship patterns. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency services.

If you are in crisis, call 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 911, or your local emergency number.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the service; (b) misrepresent your identity; (c) use the service to harass, defame, or harm anyone; (d) submit content you don't have the right to share; (e) interfere with the service's operation or security.

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices and terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled case-by-case in accordance with applicable law.

NORM Rhythm may introduce you to coaches or licensed therapists. We screen network members but do not employ them and are not responsible for the services they provide. Your relationship with a coach or therapist is between you and them.

The NRSI, the NORM Brain, the content library, and all other materials are owned by NeuroSpire Labs, Inc. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use them for your personal, non-commercial purposes within the service.

Anything you submit (responses, messages, content) remains yours; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the service for you.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroSpire Labs, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the integrity of the service.

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we'll notify you. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
