Privacy Policy

NORM Rhythm is a service operated by NeuroSpire Labs, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use norm-rhythm.com or our applications, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Account data — name, email, password (hashed), and authentication tokens.
• Assessment responses — your answers to the NRSI and any related instruments. These are sensitive and we treat them accordingly.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, device and browser metadata, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Communications — messages you send us via email or in-app forms.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store card numbers.

We use your data to:

• Deliver the assessments, recommendations, and content you request.
• Match you to coaches or therapists when you ask us to.
• Improve the product — anonymized and aggregated where possible.
• Communicate with you about your account, results, and (only when you opt in) marketing.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect the integrity of the service.

We share data only in these cases:

• With clinicians or coaches you choose — when you request a referral or book a session, we share what's needed to make that introduction.
• With service providers who run infrastructure on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments). These providers are bound by contract to use your data only for our purposes.
• For legal compliance — if required by law, subpoena, or to prevent fraud or harm.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your assessment responses for advertising.

• Access and correction — you can review or update your account data at any time.
• Deletion — email us and we'll remove your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Email preferences — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; transactional emails are required for service operation.
• Cookies — your browser lets you block them; some features may not work without them.

NORM Rhythm is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy in a material way, we'll notify you by email or in-app message. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated policy.
