User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and NeuroSpire Labs, Inc. ("we", "us"), operator of NORM Rhythm. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the NORM Rhythm services and mobile apps (including Aligned and Romancier) for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to all three.

The apps provide educational and self-help tools for relationship and personal wellness. They are not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis, call 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 911, or your local emergency number.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the apps; (b) misrepresent your identity; (c) harass, defame, or harm others; (d) submit content you do not have the right to share; (e) share clinical content about other people without consent; or (f) interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Some features are free and others require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their policies; platform memberships may be billed by NeuroSpire Labs. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Manage or cancel through your app store account or your profile.

You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, check-ins, posts). You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to operate the service. Private content is not shared without your consent. You may delete your content at any time.

The NORM™ model, the NRSI assessment, and all app content are proprietary to NeuroSpire Labs and Joe Follette Jr., LMFT. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement. After termination, your data is retained for 90 days for export, then permanently deleted.

The apps are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in our Terms of Service.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee.
